Before we send your funds to DANA, OVO, GoPay or your registered bank account, our payment team confirms your identity and checks transaction history. This step protects you from unauthorized withdrawals.

Account Suspension Rules

If we detect unusual login activity or believe your account is at risk, we may temporarily suspend it. You'll receive an email explaining why and how to regain access through identity verification.

Dispute Resolution

Disagree with a payout decision or withdrawal delay? Open a dispute ticket in Account Settings. Our compliance team will investigate and provide a written decision within 10 business days.

Request permanent account closure anytime by submitting a form in Account Settings. We'll delete your personal data within 30 days, except transaction records we must keep for seven years by law.

Yes. You can change your email, phone number and deposit method directly in Account Settings at any time. To close your account permanently, submit a closure request in the same menu. We'll confirm the closure within 24 hours and stop accepting new transactions.

Minor breaches (like using an incorrect name during signup) result in a warning and a request to correct your details. Serious violations—such as using stolen payment methods, account sharing, or fraud—lead to immediate account suspension and forfeit of any balance.

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits clear within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1–2 hours during business hours. Check your Transaction History in the Wallet to confirm the exact time your balance updated.

Yes. All payouts follow our withdrawal terms: real funds you win are yours to withdraw, but they must come from an account that passed identity verification. We may require proof of the deposit method you used to claim winnings.

Access and eligibility depend on local law. You must be of legal age in your region. We support players in Indonesia where permitted. If you are outside Indonesia, some games or payment methods may not be available.
